Morning Health Drink
My morning health drink has evolved over the past few months to include the following:
- ginger (1 teaspoon)
- honey (1 teaspoon)
- lemon (squeeze half a lemon)
- maple syrup (1 teaspoon)
- bone broth (fill a quarter of the mug)
- turmeric tea (1 bag or turmeric powder)
- hot water (fill the remainder of the mug)
I believe this is a big part of helping me avoid having any cold or flu conditions over the past few years.
